Acqua Cannabis Corp. Announces a Joint Venture with Medican Enterprises Inc.

LAS VEGAS, October 9, 2018 — Rimrock Gold Corp. (OTC Pink: RMRK) (the “Company”), is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary Acqua Cannabis Corp (“Acqua”) has entered into a joint venture with Medican Enterprises Inc. (“Medican”).

Under the terms of the joint venture, Acqua has committed to build 5 cannabis greenhouses within the next 2 years, with the first greenhouse being constructed within 6 months. Medican currently owns 60 acres of land in South Haven, Michigan for the purpose of growing quality cannabis, and has allocated 30 acres for Acqua’s greenhouse operations. Acqua and Medican also plan on developing a unique and marketable strain of cannabis, while effectively standardizing the strain and protecting the genetic purity. The term of the joint venture is for a period of 7 years.

Under Michigan law, a caregiver may grow up to twelve plants per qualifying patient for up to a maximum of five qualifying patients. Therefore, the greenhouses will be used to grow plants for caregivers whilst our strain is perfected. Depending on the results of the ballot in November with respect to the Marijuana Legalization Initiative, we may jointly seek a license to grow plants independently of the caregiver program.
